Making your card is quick and easy, and the software guides you through the three simple steps to establish your account, deploy your card, and modify the settings of your e-mail program.

First, you create an image of your business card and deploy the picture into your private, secure Internet account. Then, you can reference the card in your e-mail messages. Whenever the recipient opens your e-mail, his or her computer obtains the picture of the card from your Internet account. When you modify your card, the new card will show in all the e-mail messages that you sent with your card attached.

But, that's not all - when your correspondent clicks on your card, your personal Web page shows up. There, your correspondent can click on your e-mail or Web site address shown in your business card to send you an e-mail or go to your Web site, click on your street address to find your location on a street map or to add your contact information to his or her Outlook or Mac address book.

You can show an icon in your e-mails if you don't want to display your card. When your correspondent clicks on the icon, his or her browser navigates to your personal Web page that contains your card.

Within seconds after you change your card, the system automatically rebuilds your personal Web page, calculates the areas that can be clicked on, prepares the vCard and updates the links to your local street map.

You can also print your business cards using the printer you already have. The software arranges the cards on the paper, ten cards per sheet. You can use prepared, perforated or peel-off, stationery to make your own cards in just a few moments. Or, you can simply use heavier paper and make a few cuts - the software can print the crop-marks.
